Having problems viewing or downloading a CAD file?
  • System Requirements:
  • 3D Viewing System Requirements
  • 2D Viewing System Requirements
  • Download CAD File: any browser will work, make sure popup blockers are disabled
  • Disable Popup Blockers
  • Ensure you have the privileges to install files on your computer
  • Ensure your firewall is not blocking ActiveX controls
  • Ensure your browser is not blocking ActiveX controls
    • from the Tools menu select Internet Options
      -Click the Security tab
      - if Internet level, set it to Medium or less
      - if Custom Level, click Custom Level and enable
      • Download signed ActiveX Controls
      • run ActiveX control plug-ins
  • If the above does not work try the following:
  • uninstall and re-install the 2D and/or 3D Media Player
